Feeling stressed? One of the best ways to manage stress may be waiting for you just outside your back door.

When I'm stressed out, my garden is my favorite place to go. There's something therapeutic about pulling out weeds and tending to the flowers. And seeing something you've cared for flourish is rewarding, even if it's just a marigold or a tomato plant.
According to AOL Health, my first choice of therapy is spot on.
Even just five minutes of getting in touch with nature can renew your spirit and reduce stress. When you pair the benefits of being in nature with the mild physical benefits gardening offers, you've got a winning combination. So get out there and get dirty!
