Daily Fit Tip: Never go to bed without washing your face

Ever hit the sack without washing your face? You might want to rethink your habits.

I've been guilty of going to bed without washing my face more times than I'd like to admit, and up until now I really thought I was in the minority in my laziness. But a recent study by the British Skin Foundation says that as many as 50% of women don't wash their faces before they go to bed, and although they may think they're "getting away with it," the truth is that leaving dirt, oils, and makeup on your face overnight will end up making you look older by irritating skin and enlarging pores. So even if you're not having obvious breakouts as a result of skipping your nightly cleansing routine you could still be doing serious damage.

No more laziness for me!
