Is sitting at a desk all day making you fat? Fitness isn't out of your reach when you're at work -- you just need to be aware of your abs.
That's right -- Fitsugar has an ab exercise you can do at your desk without looking weird for your co-workers. Here's how you do it:
  • Sit up straight, and pull your navel in towards your lower spine.
  • Without letting your back touch the back of your chair, suck your abs in without curving your back.
  • Keeping your abs engaged, breathe into your ribs. Hold for 30 seconds, and do twice an hour.
This will help gently stretch and strengthen your ab muscles, all while not cutting into your busy day!
