How healthy are these 8 juices?
I'm not a juice girl. Never have been. Don't plan to become one. It comes down to sugar for me. Natural or not, I don't like how much comes packed into juice drinks.Despite my own personal aversion to juice, it can be a nutritious beverage. Here, Real Simple magazine takes a look at eight different juices and reveals how they stack up healthwise.
- Apple Juice
- Cranberry Juice
- Grape Juice (red)
- Grapefruit Juice
- Orange Juice
- Pineapple Juice
- Pomegranate Juice
- Tomato Juice

Oprah.com,The London Times, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America and Dr. Nicholas Perricone all agree the Acai Berry is the #1 superfood in the world. Blended with 18 other fruits from around the world, each selected for it's unique properties, you have one very healthy juice in Monavie. Do your own research as well to find out how this juice can improve your health. http://www.mymonavie.com/Jemathy/

For those with kids, I recently realized that Capri Sun has some variities with "less sugar" that do not contain artificial sweeteners, sugar, or corn syrup. I guess the "less sugar" means less concentrated and no added sugar. In any case, kudos to Capri Sun. Still, juice is sort of a "treat" around here, I still dilute it with water when possible :)

Agreed, marcie!
I quite buying the caprisun b/c of the high fructose- then my daughter said that it didn't have it anymore. I was shocked- not all of them are HFCS free, but some are, so we buy those.
