Fitzness Fiends is a section devoted to you, the reader! We all have learned so much on our path to becoming more fit, and now it's time to learn from and inspire each other! Fitzness Fiends are constantly working to better themselves. Some are perfect, some are not. All have health on the mind. Please send Fitz your answers to these questions with a photo of yourself. Time for you to be the motivator!

Name: Lawrence Fry

Age: 31 Occupation: Risk & Safety Director

How often do you exercise? Four to five times a week. If I only get three in, I'm mentally beating myself up!

What type of exercise do you do? Weight Lifting, running, swimming, road biking, cardio, rollerblading and "active rest" with my family (going out to the park to throw the ball around or playing freeze tag).

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? I recently got a workout partner. That helps tremendously! When I'm feeling lazy, I know someone is expecting me, so I can't miss.

What's on your MP3 player? Hip Hop my favorite is Dug Holes. Lots of Old School hip hop like A Tribe Called Quest. R&B my man Teddy Pendergrass and even some 80's like Hall and Oats. You can't beat "Out of Touch" while your working out.

Favorite healthy food? Bananas or Cutie Clementines. There is nothing more tasty than in-season fruit.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? I scream for ice cream!

Greatest fitness accomplishment? I've been a wrestler my entire life and won two AAU/USA state wrestling titles. Those were great, but I'm just as proud of my 3rd place divisional finish and 10th place overall finish in my first 5k race ever. I've never been a runner, so being able to compete at a sport I'm new to feels amazing!

Best fitness advice? A great man (my dad) told me once, "something is better than nothing."
