The list of red flag components includes ma huang, bitter orange, guarana, synephrine HCI, caffeine anhydrous, and more.
For long-lasting, healthy weight loss your best bet is eating well and working out. Check out AOL Body's America Takes It Off for tips. The proof is in the low-fat pudding, people. So far, ATIO participants have lost 155 pounds and counting.

I really think a lot of diet pills should be banned. I once knew a girl who kept passing out in class because she was on so many because she wanted to win "best body" for the senior awards. Scary stuff.

I agree with your article, very informative. But I am little shocked you call Ephedra a red flag. The newest Ephedra, Ephedra Virdis has 5000 years of chinese history behind it. http://www.bingproducts.com
