On Wednesday we asked you to join us in a reader weigh-in and report the weight you lost. Forty-one of you took the challenge, stepped on the scale and revealed your weight loss.
So, how much weight do you think we lost last week?

WAY TO GO, EVERYONE!
41.5% of you lost 1 pound this past week, and just over 29% of you lost 2 pounds this week. A weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week is usually considered realistic.
And, nearly 14.5% of you lost 4-5 pounds this past week. We're curious to know what you did to take off the weight. Was it a combination of diet and exercise, a prepared diet meal plan or weight-loss plan, or something else?
