Please remember to add healthy fats in your regimen as well. The "low-fat" mantra tends to leave out the fats we need to thrive - I actually was looking into a "fad" diet pill on the Internet that promised to reduce belly fat, and it was basically a capsule made chiefly of "Linoleic acid" - which is omega-6 fatty acid. Hm, I actually think they have something there, but you don't need to pay so much to get this in your diet :)
