I had never felt a difference when I took vitamins in the past but prenatal vitamins made a huge difference. I felt so good going into my pregnancy, and through my pregnancy . My prenatal vitamin had omega-3, Vitamin D, Folic Acid and Calcium as well as other components that are important to women's health. I gave birth 2 years ago but I still take a "prenatal vitamin."
