More top tips for reducing stress
1. Bring your awareness to your breathing.
2. Get away from the stressor - go for a short walk, go into a different room ... get out in nature if possible. And breathe!
3. Avoid foods and drinks which contain caffeine.
4. Try and get to bed well before midnight, and if you wake up early 4 - 6am, and you've had more than three hours sleep just get up. See how you feel. You might feel better for it. If you do have this extra time, use it constructively and calmly, meditating, exercising, doing yoga or doing some creative writing.
5. Laugh! Have fun and congratulate yourself on your fabulousness!
