How does Fergie stay slim? Vinegar shots
There are some diet gimmicks that just don't seem worth it. Such as? Well, the Tapeworm diet comes to mind. And the baked bean diet. Not to mention using leeches to detox. Here's another one: Superstar singer Fergie (real name: Stacy Ferguson) says she does shots of vinegar. Why would she do something so heinous? Apparently, it helps cleanse the colon, reduce bloating and cut cravings. Still, is it worth it? I'm still not sure about that.
Here's what Fergie herself has to say about it:
"I do vinegar shots. It has to be organic apple cider, unfiltered. Two tablespoons. For some reason I've noticed a difference on my stomach."
What do you think of this? Does it work, or is it just another one of those silly diet gimmicks?

She could eat 5 cheeseburgers and notice a difference on her stomach! We all could if we had world class trainers and hit the gym four hours a day. Puhlease Ferg! Skeen what up?!?!?

The remedy is not two shots of vinegar, but two shots of METH. That's how she did it. METH NOT VINEGAR!

I got two tips for how I lost weight and keep it off.
I have two tablespoons of ground flax seeds that I have in my yogurt every morning. I buy the flax at whole foods http://www.wholefoods.com.
I wear smartsoles exercise insoles
http://www.smartsole.com.
It is a 3/4 insole (does not need to be cut to fit) that fits in all
sneakers and most walking shoes. It tones muscles and increase
calories burned with every step.

The only real way to lose weight & keep it off is hard work! My sister was obese her entire life and simply decided to lose 100+ lbs. She did it & was featured on ABC's Extrememe Make over. You can find out more about her story at www.heidihype.com. If she can do it SO CAN YOU! Way to go sis!

I am no Fergie fan, but, she is right about the vinegar
shots. More so that it can ONLY be apple cider (preferrably
organic and unfiltered) vinegar. I have done this in the past and it worked. It is better when you use it as a salad dressing -- mix apple cider vinegar with flax oil, mustard, and stevia (natural sweetener/ sold in packets).

Not only does this really work but it also helps arthritis victims be less stiff and sore. again the unfiltered, raw applecider vinegar is best.

The only way to keep a flat stomache (and I personally know), with no gimmicks, is to eat less and keep active, and you don't even have to go to the gym--just keep yourself busy. And you don't even have to buy anything. Duh.

Oddly, I have read that vinegar, especially organic vinegar, will help reduce cravings, increase metabolism, and cleanse the colon. I've heard this for years and I believe that there is some truth to it. That is if you can stand the taste! I tried it once and I must say it's PAINFUL going down! However, I don't believe any diet/diet tricks will be successful without exercise...

It works but it HAS to be ORGANIC UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR from a health food store or it will mess you up.

Fergie is a beautiful person, inside and out........but, if she feels the need to "lose" some weight (which she doesn't), atleast she is not taking "extreme measures" to do so. To Fergie, I say, "Do whatever makes you feel good, and healthy".

At first, when I read that Fergie takes two shots of vinegar, I thought she meant two shots with a needle! Saying she is taking two shots, is a funny way of saying it. Why didn't she say she took "two tablespoons?"
And yes, Suisie, you can get the vinegar at a health food store. Good luck if you try this. I hope it works for you.
