Hey Fitz! Great advice you've given to these people! Keep it up! I also advocate a healthy lifestyle, and I watch the food I eat, I always find ways to look for healthy foods that would help me, not just to lose weight, but to build a better resistance for my body. More tips at Lime.com. Though I don't really go to the gym per se. I use home gym equipment to replace my trips to the gym, they offer to duplicate and replace the functions of other gym equipment, thus eliminating the need to leave the house just to work out. I get it way half the price that that of any TOTAL GYMequipment. Any tips you could possibly give me for exercising at home?
