Now, I know that pull-ups seem impossible. It's true that they are insanely difficult, but that's why they are so great! When I worked with Anthony the first time, I couldn't do even one pull-up. His routine looked like so much fun though, and his body had changed so much as a result of them...I had to give them a try. I was hungry for a challenge, and he handed it to me on a silver platter. Three months later when I met back up with the blue-eyed Blue Wiggle, he made me blush as he rocked his fitted Under Armour shirt. But not too much to hold me back from showing him that I could do a bunch of pull-ups now as well.
Anthony inspired me to be better, and I know he'll inspire you too. Give these pull-ups a try! They are hard. Miserably hard! But, I have dozens of clients ages 10-60 doing them here in my gym. (In the video, I reference them as push-ups....Anthony's abs must have thrown me off!) If they can do it....you can do it too! So get yourself a "Baaaaaaah" like Anthony would say, or order some Elite Rings. You won't regret it.
