We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs Weekly Roundup: April 4, 2008
Adrian Grenier sprints and lets the paparazzi know that it's "a non-event." I wonder if the girls with him think it's a non-event ... Julianne Moore told OK magazine that she's "hungry all the time. All actresses are hungry all the time." That seems like quite the generalization, especially considering Sarah Jessica Parker recently came out saying that she eats everything. Who do you believe? SJP might have a ridiculously high metabolism, but I think it's more likely (and really unfortunate) that Julianne probably speaks for more of Hollywood.
Denise Richards won't talk about weight in front of her daughters. She understands the influence that she has over them, and that if she starts talking about feeling fat in front of them, they'll copy her. She tries, instead, to set a positive example through exercise.
Christina Ricci has battled body issue, even eating disorders in the past, but she's now (mostly) happy with what she's got. She would like a bigger butt, more like Jessica Biel's, but her trainers said that because of her tiny frame, she wouldn't be able build quite up to that.
Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway were spied jogging together in the rain -- now that's dedication, right? Actually, it was for the movie they're currently filming, Bride Wars.

I don't think SJP's comments are so unbelievable. "Eating anything" or "eating whatever I want" mean different things to different people. I basically eat what I want, but I've always been gone with moderation and portion control, so what I WANT is to eat a couple squares of dark chocolate, or some thin tortilla chips with salsa, or a big bowl of banana, berries and low-fat yogurt with wheat germ. My guess is that SJP's habits are similar, with the occasional splurges.
For some people eating wht they want means a pint of ice cream every day, lots of soda, potato chips, fast food burgers, and so those comments would be unbelievable. I doubt she's eating 3,000 calories a day, but I bet she doesn't feel deprived either, and that's the trick.
I've always liked Julianne Moore, so her comments made me pretty sad. :(
