Marie Osmond has a waistline again

Entertainment Tonight closed a recent show with a blurb about Marie Osmond and her recent weight loss. A brand new Marie Osmond, the hosts called her just prior to flashing before and after photographs of the former Dancing with the Stars contestant.

Forty pounds this Osmond girl has lost and boy is she proud. She's never looking back, she says, and is simply in awe that she has a waistline again.

A combination of dancing and Nutrisystem is what helped Osmond combat her out-of-shape and too-much-weight condition. She looks great. Congratulations to her.

I have got to admit, this woman (Marie Osmond) looks great. Of course the Botox and her visits to the plastic surgeon don't hurt either. Me, I have slimmed down quite a bit myself. However, I did it by taking 3-mile walks in New Orleans in the Hot, Muggy weather with my Grandson every night. Last March I weighed 160lbs at 5'1" and now I weigh in at 125. And no, I didn't use Nurisystem or any other name-brand diet to get me where I needed to be. I used exercise, discipline and healthy eating habits.

thats wonderful for you, and you should be proud but you dont have 8 children, so who cares how its done... she did and power to her... power to anyone who commits and sticks to a program

No, I don't have 8 children, but Marie Osmond only had 3 of those children and adopted the other 5 (Do try to keep this in mind). While I used to admire this woman greatly, I know find myself questioning the very things she says she does to help others (Is it really for those she helps out or is she just seeking media?) And let's not forget that she's had quite a bit of help in the plastic surgery category. Marie has become a very Narcisstic Selfish person since DWTS. How sad is that?
