Yoga may help men last longer in bed
Categories: Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness, Men's Health
Thanks to the breathing and pelvic-strengthening techniques of yoga, many couples may be able to put some of their bedroom troubles behind them.
According to a study out of India, and published in a recent issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine, men who practiced yoga on a regular basis had less instances of premature ejaculation.
Following a group of men, all of whom admitted to regularly having premature ejaculations during intercourse, researchers found that practicing an hour of yoga each day for 12 weeks helped them triple the time they normally lasted in bed. This exceeds the effects created by medications designed to help with this particular issue.
