- Wounds, lesions and infections are difficult to heal.
- Your appetite is decreased.
- You experience an abnormal sense of taste and smell.
- You have difficulty seeing in the dark
- You experience abnormal hair loss.

Zinc is an important mineral to help keep you fit but we don't normally think it is. You can take vitamin and mineral supplements and even some foods have extra zinc in them like cereals or health drinks.
