Worry about cheeseburgers, not terrorism

I consistently tune into ABCs The View on weekday mornings because the five women who host the show seem to always have something to say about health, nutrition, and fitness. On Tuesday, they talked about what we should we be worried about in this world. It's not terrorism, though. It's cheeseburgers.

Co-host Barbara Walters said we are witnessing the first generation of people who may not live as long as their parents. Why? Because of the obesity epidemic. At the other end of the hostess table was Whoopi who recalled her childhood days. Whenever she'd sneak her hand in the cookie jar, she said, her mom put a stop to her antics. Maybe after dinner, she would be permitted an indulgence but there was structure in her house. We need to instill in kids the proper way to eat, before things get out of control. Not when they're seven or eight but right off the bat, when they're small.

Maybe that state of our eating issues are linked to the influx of working moms who take care of their jobs, their husbands, their kids and are forced to grab quick and sometimes not-so-nutritious bites to eat, says co-host Joy Behar. High fructose corn syrup is another problem, chimed in Whoopi.

What do you fear most? Terrorism or cheeseburgers?
