Eat healthy while dining out

Healthy eating is always done easier when you are the person preparing the food. But what about when you want to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant? Unless you watch the cook as he or she makes your dish -- which would be a little creepy -- you have to use your best guess when it comes to calorie and fat content. This can be especially difficult when eating at a "Casual Dining" chain restaurant, as they sometimes list foods as healthy choices when, in reality, they're not.
Still, I love places like The Cheesecake Factory as much as the next person, so to never visit one again is out of the question. That's why I found this article about restaurant industry secrets to be extremely useful.
Oh, and in case you want information about a restaurant the author didn't hit, let me drop you this piece of advice: Skip The Cheesecake Factory's Outrageous Chocolate Cake. It has 1,380 calories per slice!!
