Feel like you have no time to be healthy? Who doesn't! But the truth is everybody has time. Really. There are all kinds of healthy things you can do that take less than 1 minute out of your day. Now if you're serious about being healthier then there's no way you can't find 1 minute, just 60 seconds, to put towards that effort. Nobody is even asking you to find ten 1 minute segments all stuck together -- just ONE minute at a time. So try these ideas, and then start personalizing and adding in some of your own.
