How often do you exercise? Usually 5 times a week.

What type of exercise do you do? Walking outside, elliptical, weight lifting, and the treadmill when it's too cold to walk outside.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Picturing the foods I ate sitting in my stomach.

What's on your MP3 player? Metal/Punk & The Howard Stern Show

Favorite healthy food? Corn, fruit, and natural fruit juices.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? BBQ, hamburgers, beer, and Cinnabons!!

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Losing 130lbs in a year. 324lbs to 190lbs!

Best fitness advice? Write down everything you eat, so you can be held accountable later. Walk outdoors; it's way more exciting than a treadmill
