Occupation: RN. Currently an at home mom of three boys; 14years, 10 years, and 9 years.

How often do you exercise? Four to five days a week.

What type of exercise do you do? Cardio, weight training, and Martial arts (Choi Kwang Do).

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? A mental picture of how good the Desperate House Wives look at their ages, and how good it will keep me looking.

What's on your MP3 player? Mary J. Blige - Family Affair & No Pain, Black Eyed Peas - Where is the Love, Pink - Get this Party Started, Cher - Believe, B-52's - Love Shack, Fergie - London Bridges, Time of your Life - Macy Gray... and lots of others!

Favorite healthy food? Yogurt & walnuts

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Twizzler Licorice

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Joining a Martial Arts program (Choi Kwang Do) with my 9 year old son at 46 years old.

Best fitness advice? Continue to stay active in some form no matter how old you are. And change it up and learn something new if you become bored with your current exercise routine.
