Favorite healthy food? Salsa

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Peanut butter

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Running the Indy Mini Marathon

Best fitness advice? Everyone has to start somewhere. When I started running, I remember barely being able to sustain five minutes. Now I can last a full 3 hours. Sticking with workouts is the only way to improve.
