High heels mean better sex

Italian researchers have concluded that wearing high heels makes for a better sex life, but not for the reasons you're probably thinking. Although high heels are undoubtedly considered sexy, according to the research the sexual benefit doesn't come from attracting more men but instead from developing the right muscles. Wearing high heels tones leg and strengthens pelvic muscles, or in their words "directly works the pleasure muscles linked to orgasm."

Hmm, I'm generally more of a sneakers and flip-flops kinda girl and I have to wonder -- is the benefit a big enough deal to outweigh the negative of sore aching feet?

I'm not sure if it's worth wearing heals out in the city on cold nights.. KILLS my feet.

I know I certainly *feel* a lot sexier in high heels than in sneakers or sandals, so I'm more likely to want sex, so it could lead to better sex that way. The higher the heels, the naughtier I feel, so ... better sex? I don't know about working the muscles though. Makes sense, I guess.

Interesting, and not what I was expecting! Would that mean women wearing a taller heel would enjoy better sex due to stronger pelvic muscles?

I know that if you suffer from sore feet/arches when wearing high heels, you may need to train your feet. Start with a lower heel, somwhere around 2 or 3 inches. It's all about stretching out your arch. IF you jump to a heel that is too high, and you do it before your arch is ready, you'll get sore feet.
