We could all use a little spontaneity from time to time. Surprises can come from any direction, so if we're conditioned to deal with these spontaneous situations then we can engage them properly. Here's post about the power of being spontaneous, and how to wield it.First of all, the benefits of this trait can crop up in productive circumstances. Unexpected outcomes or unknown conditions can stress a person out. But if you're used to coping with spontaneity, these issues won't be a problem. So how do you even become more spontaneous?
The post outlines a handful of ways. For example, if you're used to sitting in an office (or cubicle) why not try moving your operation to a coffee shop? It'd make for a great way to change things up a bit. Or just pencil in a block of time for random events to happen during the day. This empty hour can be completely unplanned in nature, which will give you plenty of room to field spontaneous occurrences! Above all, use your imagination, even if that means getting outside your comfort zone from time to time.
