Hilary pops nearly 45 supplements daily

No, that's not a typo in the post title. This celebrity health-supplement junkie is not Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, it's Hilary Swank.
I was impressed with her lanky, powerful frame in the tragic Million Dollar Baby. Beyond her dedication to working out, she's got quite a pill regimen. Following celebrity nutritionist Oz Garcia the past seven years, Swank downs about 45 supplements daily, swearing by Garcia's Longevity Pak. This woman must have a stomach of steel, I practically hurl if I fail to take my oft forgotten one-a-day vitamin on anything but a carbohydrate-stuffed gut.
Other pills include Aloe C, flax, BrainWave, and vitamin injections, among others. She also consistently exercises, lifting weights twice a week and challenging her cardio with hikes, Power Pilates and a newfound love -- Krav Maga -- the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces. I'm not a regular vitamin-taker, but I am intrigued with The Longevity Pak. Per Garcia's website, The Pak is unavailable, but they do sell an Anti-Aging/Longevity Package for around $300. Pricey -- if only I could buy some of Swank's genetics.

I'd heard this before. Crazy. What could you possibly be getting from those 45 pills a day? I can't imagine how that could be healthy, or healthier. I take a multi, a B complex (which I'm not sure is necessary, or helpful, but I don't think it's hurting), and a fish oil, and that's it! Occasionally I might use something herbal for a specific purpose.
I don't know how one would even swallow 45 pills a day!
