How often do you exercise? Every day.
What type of exercise do you do? Road Biking, Running, Cardio, Circuit Training, Spinning, Swimming
What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Exercising and fitness is just something that is a priority for me, something I look forward to. I love how I feel afterward as well! I can see results as I continue to place emphasis on working out. My ultimate goal is to race in an Iron Man, so I continually strive to push myself in that direction.
What's on your MP3 player? Rap, Hip Hop, Techno, Country, DJ Mixes!
Favorite healthy food? Yogurt
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Chocolate & Ice Cream - or a combo of both!
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Placing first in my age group in the Dallas US Toyota Open Sprint Triathlon and 10th in the overall women's division!
Best fitness advice? Never "try." Either DO or DON'T! Also, personal trainers are amazing and quite worth the investment!

Great job Lauren...
That is awesome how much you do and that you have put fitness as a priority. You should try adding in some weight training or use that and replace one of the other many things you do.

CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOU'RE FIRST PLACE IN YOUR CATEGORY IN THE OLYMPIC TRIATHLON!!!! CONTINUE WORKING HARD SO YOU COULD REACH YOUR PERSONAL GOALS.
