Age: 45

Occupation: Stay-at-Home Mom of five. (Oldest is in College - Youngest in Kindergarten).

How often do you exercise? Three to four times a week.

What type of exercise do you do? Weight training.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing I'll feel more energized and happier afterwards. Hubby and kids really like that too!

What's on your MP3 player? A little bit of everything. Dynamix music from the 60's.

Favorite healthy food? A big salad with lots of veggies and tuna mixed in.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pizza and Ice Cream

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Being able to do Walking Lunges with a 90 lb barbell across the entire gym and back.

Best fitness advice? It's never too late to start your fitness journey. I only started mine 24 months ago. Make it a priority in your life, commit and see the results.
