How often do you exercise? Four days a week.

What type of exercise do you do? Nordic Track

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Always knowing that it benefits me, and that I will see results after.

What's on your MP3 player? Salsa.

Favorite healthy food? Fish

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Oreos

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Lowering my glucose levels (I'm diabetic) and my HBP
