How often do you exercise? Six days a week.
What type of exercise do you do? Weight lifting and running.
What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing that I'll feel and look great as an end result.
What's on your MP3 player? Everything from techno to metal. Basically anything with a solid beat.
Favorite healthy food? Holland bell peppers.
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies.
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Climbing Pikes Peak in Colorado solo.
Best fitness advice? Stay outside your comfort zone, but don't push too hard. There's nothing that'll set you back more than an injury.
