Occupation: Realtor

How often do you exercise? Monday - Friday for 1 to 1.5 hours at 8am.

What type of exercise do you do? Weight lifting (legs, biceps, triceps, back, chest), abs & cardio.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing that I always feel better afterward, and the fear of having to buy bigger clothes!

What's on your MP3 player? Hard rock (Godsmack), pop (Fergie) & rap (50 cent) for weights. Techno for cardio.

Favorite healthy food? Low fat vanilla yogurt with trail mix, which is my every day 3pm snack.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Had baby #2 in 2007 and am back into size 4 & 6 clothes.

Best fitness advice? Plan a cruise or beach vacation with your spouse or best friend, then join a gym together and work out at the same time every day with that person. Maybe even place a high-stakes bet as to who will lose more weight/inches by the cruise. Then make another bet: who will keep it off for a year.
