A treadmill short

For those who checked out my 30-minute and 40-minute treadmill workouts and thought "No Way" or for those who tried them and want something more, I've got a new one. This one lasts for just 15 minutes and is the perfect companion on a weight training day, when you don't want to go overboard on the cardio. Here it is.

Walk 1 minute at 3.5 mph
Walk 1 minute at 4 mph
Run 3 minutes at 6.5 mph
Run 2 minutes at 7 mph
Run 1 minute at 7.5 mph
Walk 30 seconds at 3.5 mph
Run 3 minutes at 6.5 mph
Run 2 miles at 7 mph
Run 1 mile at 7.5 mph
Walk 30 seconds at 3.5 mph
