Age: 79. I'm a Scorpio. Watch out Baby!

Occupation: Gym Rat

How often do you exercise? Eight days a week!

What type of exercise do you do? I use the rowing machine for 40 minutes each day, and use the hand bike often too. I also do the structured 'line' of strength training equipment here at my gym.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? I want to make it to 80!

What's on your MP3 player? I don't have one. I'm not an electronics kind of guy. But I love to listen to Easy Listening and Broadway Show Tunes.

Favorite healthy food? Grapefruit.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Chocolate.

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Staying alive for 79 years!

Best fitness advice? Consistency counts most! I love visiting with all the beauties at the gym. Also, misery loves company, so why not get together with all the other people in pain at the health club!
