Occupation: CEO of AllCEUs.com, and the Descartes Academy K-8 online umbrella school
How often do you exercise? Daily
What type of exercise do you do? Spin, stadiums, jogging, hiking, and ballet.
What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Do 15. Pick something you like and force yourself to do it for 15 minutes each day. If you still hate it after 15 minutes, stop. Generally you will find that once you get going you don't mind it so much.
What's on your MP3 player? A weird mix of country and contemporary Christian
Favorite healthy food? Jonathan or golden delicious apples.
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Cheese
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Creating (and selling) a Mommy and Me curriculum for birth to age three. Best fitness advice? Make things you love into a workout: run with the dog, play tag with the kids, work up a good sweat mopping and washing those walls (okay, maybe that is just my quirk).
