Occupation: Service Director for a chain of motorcycle dealerships

How often do you exercise? Six to seven days a week.

What type of exercise do you do? Swimming, running, biking, boot camp, and tennis.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Having something to train for. This summer my goal is a half marathon and to complete RAGBRI which is a bike ride across IOWA . I also track my daily activities in a Google calendar, so I can see what I've been doing. I know seeing an empty day will make me feel guilty.

What's on your MP3 player? Anything with a fast beat for working out.

Favorite healthy food? Do Cliff bars count?

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pizza

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Losing 20 pounds since starting my workout program and finishing a five mile running race.

Best fitness advice? Work out in the morning when you're fresh. It gets it out of the way and starts the day off right. Besides, it's too easy for other life items to get in the way providing an excuse to not work out after work.
