What type of exercise do you do? Kickboxing, walking, swimming, Pilate's, and strength training.
What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? The "evil eye" of my trainer, Fitz.
What's on your MP3 player? Easy Listening.
Favorite healthy food? Salmon
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Chicken Wings
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Losing 55 pounds at once.
Best fitness advice? Treat working out as your second job. Give it the same priority that you do your work!
