Name: Leslie Mainer

Age: 22

Occupation: Waitress How often do you exercise? I try to get to the gym at least four times a week. I try to do something active everyday, even if that means just lifting weights at home.

What type of exercise do you do? I do lots of resistance training with free weights, resistance bands, and machines. I also do cardio (the type depends on my mood) and yoga.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing how amazing I will feel walking out of the gym, the endorphins, and the promise of being more productive and in a better mood all day as a result.

What's on your MP3 player? I don't have one, but it forces me to really focus on how my body feels while I'm working out.

Favorite healthy food? Oatmeal pancakes with sugar free syrup and natural peanut or almond butter :) Mmmm!

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are my kryptonite and ice cream with lots of toppings!

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Making exercise an everyday habit like brushing my teeth. I don't see it as optional or ever want to skip.

Best fitness advice? Just keep at it! You've got a half an hour a day for your health.
