How often do you exercise? Five times each week.

What type of exercise do you do? A mix of machines and free weights, push-ups, and core work. I alternate body parts three times a week. I play basketball and tennis for cardio on the other two days.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? I don't feel quite right if I skip it.

What's on your MP3 player? Led Zeppelin, White Snake, AC/DC, Van Halen...yea, I'm an old rock dog.

Favorite healthy food? Protein

Favorite not-so-healthy food? A tie between pizza and chicken wings

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Receiving my fourth degree Black Belt

Best fitness advice? Make it fun, set goals, reward yourself, mix up your routine, and do what WORKS for YOU!
