Ugh, who isn't dealing with dry skin in some form during this time of year? Besides anybody lucky enough to be living in southern California or Hawaii? That's what I thought. Practically nobody. One of the biggest reasons we all seem to have more dry skin this time of year than, say, during the summer is because of all the dry air. The usual cause for dry skin is nutrients not reaching the skin due to an overly toxic diet from over processed foods.
