How often do you exercise? 3 - 5 days a week

What type of exercise do you do? Plyometrics, weights, and cardio, "Foot to head training". I own a private training center and train after all the patients have left or early in the morning before they get there.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? When I have a goal which is set in the future such as a TV commercial, a lecture at a medical conference or a trip overseas... I set the date and hit it.

What's on your MP3 player? I listen to everything.

Favorite healthy food? Sashimi

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Macaroni and cheese

Biggest fitness accomplishment? Maintaining 6 - 10% body fat.

Best fitness advice? Train barefoot on multiple terrains and work the areas you hate to train first.
