Daily Fit Tip: Flavor your water, naturally
Categories: Daily Fit Tip
That's Fit readers know the importance of staying hydrated. Sometimes, nothing is more refreshing than a tall, cold glass of water. But what about when you're looking for something with a little more...zing?Rather than reach for something artificially flavored, try this: Cut up a lemon or lime into wedges and place the wedges into an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze. The next time you get thirsty, break out a few of these special ice cubes and put them in your water. Now you have a beverage that's inviting, with a hint of flavor, and with a touch of vitamin C!
