Finding your balance after the holidays

I can't tell you how many people have mentioned to me that they're having a hard time coming out of the rut they've found themselves in post-holiday this year. The major complaints seem to be that they ate too much, spent too much, or just can't seem to find their groove now that the rush and anticipation of the season are over.
