How often do you exercise? Five - Six days a week.

What type of exercise do you do? I run, kickbox and lift weights.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? I have a picture of a girl with a good figure by my bed. I want to look like her! Then I remember how much better I will feel when I am done too.

What's on your MP3 player? Everything, but mostly 80's because I can sing along.

Favorite healthy food? Broccoli

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pizza

Best fitness accomplishment? Running the Disney Half Marathon and competing in a sprint triathlon.
