Occupation: Stay at home Mommy of three!

How often do you exercise? About five times per week.

What type of exercise do you do? Running, yoga, Pilate's, jumping rope, lifting weights, hiking, swimming when weather permits, and step aerobics. Mixing it up keeps me interested!

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Music and the knowledge that I will feel better after-wards.

What's on your MP3 player? Nelly Furtado, Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Shakira, Timbaland, Queen, Aerosmith, U2, Will Smith - love to get jiggy with it!

Favorite healthy food? Fish, salad, and raspberries.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Homemade chocolate chip cookies and pizza .

Biggest fitness accomplishment? I hiked 100 miles of Appalachian Trail in 10 days; ran 12 miles in 2 hrs. 15 minutes. (would like to do a marathon in 2008); and swam across our lake and back.

Best fitness advice? Remember that fitness is a journey not a destination. Good health is a lifestyle not a diet.
