4 nutrition changes you can make today

Improving your overall nutrition may seem a daunting chore. Big sweeping changes aren't always necessary, though -- at least at the start of your diet overhaul. Small changes make big differences. Start with these four and I bet you'll see some healthful results.
- Select foods with less than 30 percent of calories from fat.
- Read cereal box labels for 100 percent essential vitamins and minerals.
- Sauté veggies in chicken broth rather than butter or margarine. Even better: Steam your vegetables.
- Choose cuts of meat from the 'loin.' Try sirloin and tenderloin.
