10 ways to look and feel younger

Every couple of weeks when I'm at the grocery store, I'll throw a bottle of wine or a 6-pack of some sort of beer into the cart. Last week, I realized at the checkout that I didn't have my I.D. on me. "That's ok," said the cashier. "You don't need it." I felt a little silly, expecting her to card me, but since I was 21, they've always carded me. Apparently, in my mid-30s, I'm finally looking my age. I'm not sure that's a good thing.

  • Pay attention to your hair. Shiny hair cut stylishly will make you look and feel more youthful.
