Celeb moms and how they lost the baby weight

Celebrity moms are pretty amazing -- while most of us will take a good chunk of time to lose the pounds we packed on during pregnancy, they show up at a red carpet event a few days after their baby's birth and are already back in their skinny jeans. Ok, I exaggerate, but you know what I'm talking about. How do they do it? Here are some of their secrets, according to The Skinny Website:
  • Julia Roberts had a healthy pregnancy by working out with trainer Kathy Kaehler until she was six months along.
  • Emma Bunton cut out all white foods, including yogurt (does strawberry yogurt count?)
  • Salma Hayek followed the Mediterranean diet
  • Bridget Moynahan cut out sugar after the birth of her son.
