No time for workouts? You aren't alone
If you made New Year's resolutions, getting more exercise may well have topped your list. If you're a lapsed exerciser who has trouble fitting exercise into a busy schedule, then you'll appreciate this confessional from Self. I can definitely relate. The years I got the most exercise also happened to coincide with the years I was single, working 9-4 every day. I'd workout in the morning, and sometimes stop at the gym again on my way home. Today, the idea of a gym membership sounds like a good idea, but in practice I'm better off trying to squeeze in workouts on my own turf -- my living room or my surrounding neighborhood sidewalks and trails.
If exercise is your focus in the New Year, try to remember that a workout isn't all or nothing. If you can't make it to the gym, a brisk 30-minute walk after dinner will make a decent stand-in until you can make time for more vigorous activity. Just keep moving, and you'll move closer to your goal.

That's good advice. You'll also save money skipping the gym and working out away from the gym.

I understand how it can be busy when you are family and kids. I try to get exercise with my son by taking him to the park and doing other things. Also engry is a big thing that you will have to get motivated to stay in shape and if you work all day and last thing you want to do is go to the gym.
I found a nice supplement that I been taking that help with my energy level and the ability to recover from workouts and hard exercise. You can learn about the product at http://www.learnaboutmaxgxl.com/products
