Women's health: Medical advances in 2007

Lybrel, a new birth control pill, eliminates allows women who choose to go period-free. The controversial HPV vaccine made headlines with it's ability to prevent cervical cancer. Busy women, sedentary women, and beginning exercisers everywhere cheered when they learned that just 10 minutes of physical activity a day can have an impact on heart health. And diabetics got "poke-free" delivery options for delivering their insulin.
Hopefully 2008 will bring even more good news to give people of both genders more options for taking care of their health. Any predictions from our That's Fit readers?
