I am a yogi and proud of it. I started in high school about 7 years ago...I also did Bikram Yoga for a year. It's very intense. It is a strenuous workout if done properly. I get sore in a way that weights can never deliver. It's more than just little poses you do, if done with A LOT of concentration and form, you will be hooked. The results are almost instant; your body starts to tighten right away. TRY IT!!!
